The program is delivered online via recorded video modules that can be accessed via, laptop, mobile or tablet. You can comment under the video lesson or ask any questions in the LITS community.

Yes. We have multiple zoom calls happening every week as well as daily interaction in the LITS online community. You have direct access to Drew, Matt & Ryan through these channels to have any of your questions answered.

12 weeks. Each week you will receive a new set of video content & exercises to complete. There are live calls to attend for coaching with the trainers. After the 12 weeks we still got you, you will still have access to the videos lessons and the LITS community.

Drew, Matt & Ryan all have a lived experience history of addictions. Since recovering they have been working one on one with people for many years. Ryan founded & managed an outpatient addiction clinic, overseeing thousands of cases.Their backgrounds of training are wide and varying, combining both traditional & non-traditional modalities. Matt & Ryan are creators of Embodied Processing, an internationally renowned modality for treating trauma, stress & addictions.

It is our sincerest promise that the quality of content and the support you receive will be greater than any similar in-person program which costs upwards of 10x the price of LITS. We also offer different payment options to cater for as many people as possible.
